How much does the Dudhsagar jeep safari cost?

Is Dudhsagar waterfall open today?
The jeep safaris operate from October to May. The trails close completely from June to September due to flooded rivers during the monsoon.
Can we reach Dudhsagar falls by car?
You can drive a private car to Kulem. From there, you must park and hire an official 4x4 forest jeep. Private vehicles cannot enter the sanctuary.
What is the best time to visit Dudhsagar falls?

Is swimming allowed in Dudhsagar falls?
Yes, you can swim in the natural pool at the base of the waterfall. You must rent and wear a life jacket to enter the water. The rocks are very slippery.
How long is the jeep ride to Dudhsagar?
The jeep ride covers 12 kilometers of rough jungle terrain. It takes about 45 minutes each way from the Kulem jeep stand to the waterfall base.
Are kids allowed on the Dudhsagar jeep safari?

Is the Goa spice plantation tour worth it?
The spice plantation adds a relaxed element to the intense jeep safari. It includes an informative 45-minute guided trail and an authentic Goan buffet lunch.
How far is Dudhsagar from North Goa?
Kulem is about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from coastal North Goa areas like Calangute or Baga. Full-day tour packages factor this transit into their 8-10 hour schedules.
Can we visit Dudhsagar by jeep in the monsoon?
No. Jeep safaris are completely suspended between June and September. The Mandovi River floods the trails, making driving impossible.
Do we need to book Dudhsagar jeeps in advance?
Booking a tour package in advance secures your transport. If you go independently, you must buy a ticket at the Kulem counter, which can take hours on weekends.
What food is served at the spice plantation?
The buffet includes Goan fish curry, vegetarian dishes, and rice. It is served outdoors on traditional banana leaves.
Can we do Dudhsagar and the spice farm in one day?
Yes, most combo tours cover both. You spend the morning on the jeep safari and the afternoon eating lunch at the spice farm.
Where do the jeeps drop you off for Dudhsagar falls?
The jeeps park in a rocky clearing near the waterfall. You then walk a short distance over uneven rocks to reach the viewing area and base pool.
